Once your appointment has been booked, you will receive an email with the appointment information and a health history form. Please fill this form out at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you are booking an appointment for someone else, please input their information so the forms can be correctly filled out.

We are currently accepting new patients for all treatments and offer direct billing to most insurance providers for your convenience for Massage Therapy Treatments including RAPID Neurofascial Reset.

Functional Restoration treatments are not covered by extended health benefits.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. We do not have a receptionist to answer calls during the day, but our RMTs will respond to messages as quickly as possible between appointments.
